Questions & Answers

We offer private tuition in self-defense, including techniques against knife and other weapons. We also provide training in Kung Fu, T'ai Chi Chuan, and Chi Gung (breathing exercises).

Yes, we provide training for both one-on-one sessions and groups. Whether you prefer individualized instruction or the energy of a group setting, we have options to suit your needs.

An Mo / Tui Na massage is a traditional Chinese massage technique offered at our center. It is designed for relaxation and muscle injury recovery, providing therapeutic benefits to promote overall well-being.

Sifu Darryl Cross, with 48 years of martial arts experience, is the chief instructor of the Fung Yang Sau Association. He is a former British and European Champion, as well as a World champion in full-contact Kung Fu.

Our association follows the ancient 'Li Family' style known as Feng Shou, which has Taoist origins and is reputedly over 2000 years old. Our instructors have trained for a minimum of seven years and teach a comprehensive system involving locking, grappling, throwing, striking, footwork, and forms (both bare hand and weapon).
